Oh hey, bowl of salty-easy-crispy deliciousness. Do you want to get in my tummy? Day whatever it is of the Eat In Challenge and this girl is already so sick of cooking. I mean, dude, it's a lot of work, right?

Well not this recipe. This one is easy. So easy I have made it two days in a row. Sue me. 

Preheat to 425. Here's what you do - wash the potatoes. Roughly chop them into wedge like things (I like to cut them like an apple, down the center so I have a flat side then slice slice slice) Sprinkle with EVOO or non-stick spray. Throw some salt and paprika on them. Then stick them in the oven for about 30 minutes. If you remember, flip them (I, of course, did not...) Then, and this is where the magic happens - turn the broiler on high, and let them crisp for about 5 minutes. MAGIC.
