Setting a Spring Table

I love entertaining and when my friends asked for an anniversary home cooked dinner, well it seemed like the perfect opportunity to set an amazing spring theme table!

The meal was potluck and the bunny ears were a genius idea from one of the guests. 

All in all it was one of the best dinner parties I've ever thrown! 

Because most of the guests were gluten free the meal was very paleo (but not even a little vegetarian). Bacon-wrapped asparagus for an appetizer, spinach salad with corn, peaches and a homemade honey-mustard dressing to start. Tri-tip and Brazilian cheese puffs (pão de queijo recipe from the Kitchn) , and gluten-free cupcakes with salted caramel ice cream for dessert. Then to make up for our indulgence we had a bunny dance party in the living room.
