This bright, gorgeous, easy to make salad is perfect for a quick dinner or potluck after work (because it tastes even better if you stick it in the fridge for a few hours.

INGREDIENTS

One package frozen corn, warmed or one can of corn
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 can of garbanzo beans
Splash of white balsamic vinegar 

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in together then stick in the fridge and chill until ready to serve!
